How to use Frumen Air Fryer / Oven breadcrumbs
How to use in the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes to 200°C. Cut up or fillet the food to be cooked. Beat an egg and use Frumen Air Fryer/Oven to coat the food. Put the food in the air fryer tray, add a few drops of oil and cook for 8 minutes.
How to use in the oven: Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Cut up or fillet the food to be cooked. Beat an egg, dip and bread the food. Put the pieces on a wire rack and bake in a hot oven for 8 minutes.
