How to use Frumen Especial Minced Meat
Add the contents of the sachet to 1.5 kg of minced meat or four heaped tablespoons per 500 g of minced meat. Add half a glass of water.
You can add a beaten egg as well to make it juicier. Mix everything together until you can form homogeneous balls of meat (to enhance the flavour, cover them and leave them to rest in the fridge for 30-45 min). Make each meat ball the size you want and they are ready to cook.
