Traditional breadcrumbs

Traditional: natural, with herbs, cereals or spices
The most versatile breadcrumbs available in natural form or with any ingredient of your choice: garlic and parsley, mixtures of herbs and aromatic spices, cornflakes… They provide a fine, light breaded coating with very low fat absorption in the frying process.
Available in: 15 kg, 18 kg and 20 kg bags.
Organic
Organic wheat breadcrumbs come exclusively from environmentally friendly agriculture. They provide the food industry with an option to meet the needs of the most sustainability-conscious customers. Homogeneous granules, with a mottled colour and homemade feel.
Available in: 10 kg and 20 kg bags.
Wholemeal
A product made from whole wheat flour for a breaded coating rich in nutrients and dietary fibre. These breadcrumbs provide an option to meet the needs of the most health-conscious customers. Heterogeneous, brown granules.
Available in: 20 kg bags.
Gluten-free
A product made from roasted corn, it offers the possibility of preparing very crispy, tasty breaded products that are 100% gluten free.
Heterogeneous, brown granules.
Available in: 15 kg bags.
Gazpacho and salmorejo
These finer breadcrumbs, with a particle size similar to flour, are ideal for thickening gazpachos and salmorejos, creating a homogeneous creamy texture in which all of the ingredients in a recipe bind together perfectly.
