Cracker: natural, with herbs and spices
Light breadcrumbs for crunchy creations. As well as only absorbing a minimum amount of oil during frying, it gives a modern, very attractive finish. Cracker comes in different grain sizes and colours, is available in a natural form or mixed with aromatic herbs and spices and does not require special equipment to apply it in industrial processes.

Fresh
A range of breadcrumbs developed specifically for breading refrigerated ready meals. These breadcrumbs prevent moisture from the food spoiling the appearance and quality of the final product, giving the consumer a product of unbeatable quality and appearance for much longer, thereby prolonging its shelf life. They are also available in different grain sizes and colours.

Air Fryer and Oven
This innovative product allows breaded food to be cooked in air fryers or in the oven instead of being fried in oil.
It is effective in a variety of uses: both for traditional baking and air frying. Suitable for fresh, frozen and chilled breaded items. Heterogeneous, brown granules.

Panko
A variety of Japanese-style breadcrumbs, with a characteristic flaky finish resulting in an attractive breaded coating, with a crispy, light crunch. Suitable for all types of food: vegetables, meat, fish…

Mixes for minced meat, savoury pies and cured meats
Breadcrumbs specially produced for the meat industry as a binding agent for kebab meat, nuggets, savoury pastries, cold meats, etc. They have great drying power, prevent the release of water during the cooking process and allow ingredients to adhere well, stopping them from disintegrating.
