Batters
These preparations are based on wheat flour and can be applied to any type of product (meat, fish and vegetables) before breading with breadcrumbs, thereby achieving a quick, homogeneous bond between the food and the coating, and preventing the breadcrumbs from coming off in the process.

Coatings
Ideal coatings for obtaining perfectly adherent, crispy, customised coatings on meat, fish and vegetables.

Predust
Maximum adherence to your coatings. The secret to the crispiness of a breaded coating or batter lies in a good predust.

Heat-treated flours
Flours with different technological contributions adapted to the different needs of the industry, providing greater shelf life and stability.

Tempura
A coating with a fine, light, not very oily finish. This product is ideal for creating a delicate, perfectly adherent, crispy tempura on meat, fish and vegetables.
