Dried and finely ground country loaf. Perfect for adding to gazpacho or salmorejo as a substitute for normal bread. It is also very useful for thickening sauces and flouring your meat and fish, particularly anchovies and sardines.

How to use Special Frumen for Gazpacho and Salmorejo
Gazpacho: add approx. 50 g of Special Frumen for Gazpacho and Salmorejo per kg of tomatoes to your usual recipe.
Salmorejo: blend together 1 kg of tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 30 g of vinegar, salt, 150 g of Special Frumen for Gazpacho and Salmorejoand 150 g of olive oil.
