How to use Special Frumen for Gazpacho and Salmorejo
Gazpacho: add approx. 50 g of Special Frumen for Gazpacho and Salmorejo per kg of tomatoes to your usual recipe.
Salmorejo: blend together 1 kg of tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 30 g of vinegar, salt, 150 g of Special Frumen for Gazpacho and Salmorejoand 150 g of olive oil.
