REPORTING CHANNEL

The DESARROLLOS ALIMENTARIOS S.A. whistleblowing channel allows you to quickly and easily report any conduct or situation that violates applicable laws or regulations, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting legal violations and anti-corruption measures.

It should not be used to make false accusations against others or, in general, to deliberately communicate false information.

All communications made through this channel will be confidential and may be anonymous, as the security software used ensures anonymity.

The sender will be protected against any attempt at retaliation. Additionally, communications may include any documentation deemed appropriate.

The channel ensures traceability and integrity in the handling of the report and/or query from submission to resolution.

The person making the communication has full assurance of anonymity in the digital environment if they choose to communicate anonymously.
